Jumpers!
What is something you have stolen for stupid reasons?Thats a nice pen you have there, it would be a shame if it went missing.
Tell me about your perk combos. Not the commonly used ones like idiot magician and final form but the more unique and exotic ones.
Jump 79: Neon Genesis Evangelion
>Page of Cups (An unexpected new relationship that is playful and spontaneous.)
...Not sure I want to even know the details, though it's inevitable.
>Age: 25
>Location: Kyoto-2, 2006
>Identity: Pattern Orange
>Drawbacks: You I, II, and III (+200), Apostate (+300), A Dark Pantheon (+300)
This definitely won't end badly at ALL. Nope.
>Superscale Skills (1200)
I'll be working on many large projects in the future. I may as well get a leg up on that now.
>Waveform Anatomy (1100)
Huh, well. This stacks ridiculously well with being a Ditto. I've definitely got strong self-image covered, though. Perhaps I don't have to drink the tang if someone offers.
>Hybrid (900)
Non-euclidean form you say? Yeah, I think as a jumper it's very safe to say that I have one of those.
>AT Field Mastery (500)
This is about as close as I'm ever going to get to getting anything from Elfen Lied, so I'll just have to be be satisfied with this. No Pattern Ultraviolet, however, so any use of the AT field is going to be picked up by NERV.
This also works in my favor - any use my clone(s) make of that will be picked up as well.
>Genre Savior (200, Pattern Orange)
This is what I came to the jump for. This is the only perk I'm even getting from the Pattern Orange list, but I'll be damned if I'll compromise to leave this behind. Beside, any other build leaves me with an extra hundred points. I'll deal with it as I am now.
>Secondary Field (0)
Extra flexibility with my AT field is definitely a helpful thing.
Are there really RPG developers who secretly shill their games on /tg/, or pay people to shill on /tg/?
Why do they do it?
>>48071139
No, and no.
>>48071150
Why not?
>>48071139
>>48071150
Paid shills on the internet are absolutely a thing, but I doubt they're on /tg/.

Shinobi Quest #20
This quest takes place within the lands of the Five Great Shinobi Nations (aka Narutoverse) starting roughly around the beginning of the original series. The world of this quest remains similar to the original, with slight but notable differences in certain areas, based upon the passage of time from a single slightly altered event.
(It’s a goddamn Naruto Quest, you bastards. Have fun, participate, and write in when you feel inclined. Most of the outcomes of this quest will be determined by you, the players. Critiques and questions are always welcome, as my knowledge of the weeby shit is not all encompassing.)

Last thread, Tsuki Norihime and her teammates returned home from their mission. Tsuki opted to travel with Itachi and Guy to the Hokage’s office, where she was greeted by a council of clan leaders. During the explanation of the events of the mission, Tsuki seemingly drew the ire of Fugaku Uchiha, which eventually erupted into a full scale argument. After resolving it, the Fourth asked her to pledge loyalty to him in front of the other clan elders, which she did. Afterwards, Tsuki and Itachi had a private conversation at the top of the Hokage mountain….
We return moments later, as Tsuki heads inside her family manor. Having learned some things from Itachi, she is full of questions….
You walk the grounds outside your family home- it’s good just to be out here, a place so familiar and safe. Eventually after making a lap, you see Maru. You run up and give her a hug, which she returns with warmth.
“Welcome home, Tsuki-dono!” she says with a smile.
“I’m glad to be back.” you say earnestly.
You have some questions, although Maru isn’t the person you should ask.
You…
1. Inquire about Danzo’s location.
2. Inquire about Father’s location.
3. Make small talk with Maru instead.
This is a nice quest.

I'm going to be running some adventures in the southern fangwood, where i noticed a decent hook is that there's some kind of evil dryad working with demons.
What are some good ways to crossover nature fey and demons? Obviously applying the fiendish template to things can be done but what else could make for some good "nature meets the abyss" type foes? Siabrae? Half-Howlers?
Reposting from end of last thread.

Anybody know which card this is supposed to be?
Somebody said Oath of Liliana but google images says otherwise.
I plan to buy 5 for a playset and one to masturbate on.

>>48059913
It's going to be Oath of Liliana
Where are people getting these artbook images? Why is there no scan of the Zendikar artbook yet?
Also, pretty clearly looks like it's going to be Liliana's version of the Gatewatch Oaths.

What are some things that have been bothering you about your most recent game? Minor nitpicks, personal gripes, and other little things like that.
Here's a thread to vent, and maybe get a solution to your woes.
>>48029587
A few sessions ago, my GM mentioned that elite goblin warriors in his setting undergo a ritual where their skin is burned, flayed and healed by their shamans over and over, and that the process leaves their scarred body pitch black. The goblins call these warriors "Goblin Blackskins," which I thought was a kind of unintentionally unfortunate title at the time but figured it was innocent enough not to say anything about.
However, last week the GM had us face off against "Goblin Blackskin" warriors for the first time, and revealed that they're all spearmen. Specifically, the GM said that they're called "Blackskin Spear-Chuckers," and used this term to refer to them every time they did something, so now I'm thinking the GM is probably kind of racist and as the one black guy at the table it's making me kind of uncomfortable
>>48029706
Holy fuck
I'm actually not sure what to say to that
>>48029706
You should politely inform him this makes you a little uncomfortable, entirely because of the name.
>You and your party are sent to parley with a lord to try and gain their support
>Turns out the lord is a 10 year old girl
How do you convince her to join your side?
>>48026646
>10 yo
The way she behaves clearly she read the script so it doesn't matter what we do, only what the DM wants
DEPENDS ON THE SETTING.
Lady Mormont was educated as fuck about her house's responsibility and pride. An approach that works with her isn't going to help if the 10 year old girl in question is a spoiled aristocrat who only cares about horses.
Your "what do" scenario is stupid.
Lyanna Mormont is sorta the reason I hate Loli fags. I like her character, but i'd still feel that any 10 year old girl in a game is the DM being a lolifag (aka pedo), and I wouldnt use one for the same reason. No, not because I dont want my players to think that of me. But Because I dont want to even be in the same metaphorical solar system of those obnoxious guys that shove their little girl fantasies and daydreams into everything.
Have you guys had aMacross esque campaign where the antagonists are a red herring and the real villains are defeatd by a team up with your PCs and the former villains?
>>48022510
Haven't really watched aMacross but I love the players teaming up with a former foe to defeat a greater evil.
Right now I'm running a game where the players have left two bad guys' empires in ruin and a third bad guy greater than the earlier two is now exploiting that to take over the whole land.
I hope that my players will realize that this new bad guy is stronger than they are and that they almost certainly will need more people on their side to win.
>>48022510
No, but that honestly sounds pretty neat.
How did it work in Macross? I'm not /m/ enough to know anything about Macross other than missile spams and that some of my lewd skintight space uniform might come from Macross.
Oh, wait, the Zentradi? I do know that CthulhuTech ripped Macross off with that for their Space Drow who were genetically engineered by the Migou. Once the Nazzadi find out they were all fake and their history was a lie, they rebelled against the Migou.
>>48022580
Well Macross is more about winnin conflicts with understanding rather than brute force so team ups with former enemies is expected

Other Quests: http://pastebin.com/sYpqmWZg
You are the former United States Navy warship USS HOEL, now returned as a shipgirl and ready to kick Abyssal ass!
Currently, you were maneuvering wildly to avoid volleys of antiship missiles being fired from Argentinian planes. Of course, they thought you were an Abyssal, so you couldn't really blame them, especially since it was your job to distract them until STRIKE-1 could extract the shipgirls being held at the base.
Fortunately for you, it seemed that the Argie pilots weren't familiar with their new planes and weapons, or were too anxious to properly aim them, since the majority of their missiles have largely missed, failing to track you and dropping into the water harmlessly.
Though, to be fair, your extremely small size could have something to do with it.
You check your radar again, and you see the Argie planes pulling back, their weapons spent. Well, most of them, anyways. You see one plane stubbornly continuing on his course, making a beeline straight for your position.
Was...was he trying to make a gun run on you?!
>Pffft, that pea shooter shouldn't be able to hurt you.
>Fire a few warning shots to scare him off.
>Shoot him down. You can't take the risk.

Dodge!
Warning shots are good too, but not letting him get a good visual on us is more important.
Anyone got pictures of ruins that have been around a long time? Not post apocalyptic, but post-post apocalyptic. "Comfy apocalypse", I guess the term is.
So I just finished Telltale's Game of Thrones series and I want to get into the Roleplaying Game. Unfortunately I don't know where to start.
>>48063505
>I don't know where to start.
Buy the book.
>>48063644
Right but which one.
>>48063658
If it's Ice and Fire game you want, I believe there is an actual game made out.
What you need is the game, some friends, and time to read the book, learn the rules at least to some degree and then just go at it.
OP from a previous thread, come to follow up on http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/48020801/
I'll warn you, if you haven't read the trainwreck of a story that was that post, this thread will be literally pointless.
Our DM did finally put his foot down and ban all of the problem players in that group, and we have had a wonderful time since. Chris still feels bad about kicking them, somehow...but we all collectively had to tell him that not only did he do the right thing, he did hat needed to be done. I've had many awesome experiences in this game (and I actually have more than a few stories) and I am looking forward to having many more in the future.
I also wanted to thank you guys for your help, you all helped save the campaign and you're all fucking awesome.
Since it was requested multitudes of times, I should throw out there I DO still have the chat logs of the rage that followed when all That Guys were purged, if /tg/ still really wants it.
Y'all did good. Thanks for smiting the evil!
I'm glad to hear this man, nothing makes me happier than problem players getting the boot and a beautiful game being restored to its former glory. With this victory, I ride off into the sunset.
AWAAAAAAAAYYYYY
>>48057589
It's always a nice thing to hear. I enjoy myself a god-tier That Guy story, and the turnout was amazing.
Would you believe me if I said I've gamed with even WORSE people? I once saw the DM get fucking attacked. Nick was terrible shitbaby tier, but goddamn.
>>48057301
I've always said that you should be kind, but you shouldn't be exploitable.
I hope your DM remembers this in the future.
