So, I've bought a couple of boxes which I got a few good pulls and I'm trying to build a new Bant colored Super Friends deck out of a few of the cards.
Here is what I have so far (pic related). Any suggestions of what I should add and subtract to the list?
Also, I have 4 Oath of Nissa to put in the deck as well. The deck isn't built to any format and is just a casual build for amongst friends. I'm thinking some ramp, another deploy, maybe a Gideon, Ajani, Nissa, and Garruk. But, I need a more consistent win condition. What are your thoughts /tg/?

The Elspeth from Theros is a pretty good win condition as is the Gideon from BFZ, plus Gideon can pump all the tokens from Elspeth. Just take out the Talent of The Telepath for those walkers....why is Talent even in there?

I would drop the Talent (too situational) and the Call (Even in a planeswalker toolbox it would be too slow)
Add counters and ramp to accelerate in your planeswalkers.
If you fill it with wrath effects you should use more artifact/sorcery ramp, but mana dorks such as Bird and Hierach are always fine.
Also Thrummingbird. That card is a beast especially if you play things like Neo-Nissa that let you put counters on it.
You can try running Doubling Season to combo the ultimates. It would also benefit to run token spawning planeswalkers like Elspeth Sun Champion and again Neo-Nissa.
I'm not sold on the Oaths except for the green one. They are cuttable for more useful stuff like removal and card filtering.

So I've been letting my players run free with a bunch of their own ideas for quite a while, allowed them to ignore plot hooks and simply gone along with it. However, I've also made sure to keep track of what their enemies (and the rest of the world) are doing with that time and the plans of other characters have all gone ahead in the background. Long story short, shit's been happening in rapid succession lately and now the players are sort of lost and confused in the tangle.
My question is, how cheap of a panic button would it be if a character simply dropped a summary in their lap with handy notes about who the big players are, what they're doing, and what the stuff that's been happening to the party actually means? It would be plausible-ish, because this particular character is sympathetic to the party and quasi-omniscient, but can only manifest in the mortal world for moments at a time.
It just feels like a cop-out. At the same time, I didn't want the rest of the world to simply freeze in place while the party started up their own tobacco farm and shit.

It's not the worst thing that you could do, but there are some ways you could dress it up or twist it to make it a little more palatable. What you should do, first and foremost, is give the party a reason to WANT to be in the know. Maybe some of the major players fuck with the party's tobacco farm, or some strange disease/ magical trend suddenly causes a huge plummet in the price of tobacco. Get the party asking "What? Who? Why?" then remind them that the quasi-omnicient Exposition Ex Machina might be a good source for them to ask.
Even better if said EEM doesn't just slip them a nifty dossier with all the answers, but rather gives them some good details and general ideas, but also points them in the direction of the real meat of the information they will want.
Once you show the party that their inaction DOES have negative consequences that affect them, that should help spurn them to action. Just make sure you provide tools and sources for them to learn what they need to, and to attempt to save the day.

What is the PSY-Frame of MtG?
The core strategy of the archetype consists of a single basic move: using the "PSY-Framegears" as hand traps to disrupt the opponent's moves while Special Summoning themselves alongside "PSY-Frame Driver", performing a Synchro Summon during the opponent's turn with "PSY-Frame Circuit" if possible.

Isn't this kind of broken?
We have cards that let you remove threats from your opponent's hand, but they usually are limited or have a drawback.
I'm thinking Grixis Control or some Waste Not control, that let you empty your opponent's hand, kill his things and spawn tokens with Young Pyromancer and Waste Not respectively.

Are there any pencil-and-paper games that are completely self-contained? - that is, the rules, tables, bestiary and even an entire campaign setting are all jammed into a single sourcebook without the need for any additional supplements.
The only example I can think of is the D&D Rules Cyclopedia that compiled a lot of material from the earliest D&D sets.
Rules clones and other non-commercial works are also welcome. Although I'm already well aware of any early D&D clones like Labyrinth Lord or OSRIC.

How do you do frequent, interesting, and varied environmental challenges? I'm mainly just looking for stuff I can throw at a party at any time while they're travelling around.
Altering the setting is allowed. I'm mainly thinking for fantasy, but whatever's fine too.
(Pic is the most relevant I can find because environmental problems typically aren't solved with smashing.)

If you want the challenge to provide worldly-ness have the pcs come across other adventures setting up their camp

Why do my players look at me weird when I use a small, recurring cast of NPC hero's with color coded hair so I can keep them straight? see only positives to having a manageable cast that I can actually develop and have plot lines with. Am I supposed to just fuel the world with nameless grunts or something?

I'll be playing my first pathfinder game tomorrow, and I need some help with my summoner. We're starting at level 3 with 3000 gold for gear and magic shit. I think I want to be a human with some focus on UMD. Any tips? Am I retarded for not just picking a wizard in PF? Is not starting at level 1 a red flag(I have played dnd 3.5 and 5 before, so I won't be totally lost)?

Pathfinder is better if you start above level 1. 3 is still on the low side, but doable.
Summoner is good. Your eidolon can do umd - that is an option.
Or you could freely less on the eidolon and go master Summoner .

Well first, find out if your GM hates himself and see if synthesist is allowed. It's an archetype that has you fuse with your eidolon when you summon it, and it can get pretty crazy depending on how you build it. Also find out if favored class bonuses are allowed. If that's the case, consider playing a half-elf instead of a human, though human is still a very solid choice.
Just have fun with it no matter how you build your summoner. It's a solid class that gets banned a lot because a lot of people think it's overpowered, and to an extent it is, but fuck it. You do you.

I honestly feel the same way. I am never going to find people who would even think of signing up for something like that. I love the entire exploration aspect inherent with big fantasy worlds and the various things its denizens can do with some hack and slash sprinkled in, but of course you aren't going to be doing anything indecent when you are sitting at a table with four other guys. Online maybe.

I've seen lots of threads about playing in a Fate/Stay Night inspired grail-war setting, but not much talk about Tsukihime and Kara no Kyoukai. I feel the setting could be very interesting to play in, and you could make many thematically different stories based on what characters you allow your players to make (normal humans with maybe 1 peculiarity or stronger options like vampires or mages). You could do horror or mystery almost like a less hardcore CoC, or allow stronger characters that are more than capable of holding their own.
Anyway, what system(s) do you think would work well with the setting? Do you have any experience running such games?

Tsukihime would probably work best with Mutants and Masterminds. Most characters in it do most of their stuff with a handful of unique powers, like the guy who summons dogs and sharks.

Wild Talents. Take ordinary humans, kitbash on some BS Superpowers (given a suitably Nasu-y weird lavor as desired), ad you're good to go.
Alternatively, for Tsukihime: Monster Hearts. sure, it won't give you the powerlevel BS that runs in that world, but you'll be rocking the complicated meshes of relationship, romance and hatred that Tsukihime has at its narrative core.

Firstly, Anima. It already have rules and everything for a lot of the weirder stuff of the setting (Like the MEoDP) and it's very flexible with how you want to achieve something.
Second, there is a site called heavens-feel that host a Nasuverse system that works pretty well for the game I ran. It's based on the Buffyverse rpg, and it has a style that fits with Nasu's works pretty gud. However, it's just a guys homebrew, so you will have to expand with anything that is missing.
I used the second option for a "Scooby Doo" style game, they basically tried to survive learning about their new powers, while dealing with constant barrages of weird shenanigans, mostly supernatural but sometimes dealing with normies going too far.
Also, the system has one of the best ways to explain how different mental disorders work, both mechanically and fluffwise.
