Welcome to the Accidental Magical Girl thread!

Various worlds and multiverses have become connected together via the mysterious Overcity, a sprawling landscape inhabited by monsters and magical beings. Girls and boys endowed with their new supernatural powers can work together solving conflicts that arise!

This quest, as the title suggests, takes place in the world of Dragon Ball. You're playing as a nineteen year old man named Tofoo, and will adventure through the story of the Dragonball series alongside characters such as Goku, Yamcha, Bulma, Tien, and many others. Through your actions, you can make significant changes to the story, and perhaps even become the strongest fighter on Earth.

At the end of each update you'll have ten minutes to vote on options. Write-ins are allowed, but I do reserve the right to veto them.

In the event of a draw, the option to receive the next vote wins

Rolls will be used on certain occasions, such as attempting a technique for the first time or attempting something extremely difficult. You will have three rolls, and if one succeeds, you succeed. There are no crits.

Is this why the quartermaster of your old ship would spend some nights in the hold, alcohol in hand, just crying for no reason? He did have many, many physical problems; after all.

Hey there, /tg
Recently I was gm'ing a game in a low fantasy medieval setting and something that happened during the game made me wonder somewhat:
>Party is in a tavern, waiting for a boat to arrive
>A dwarf (npc) at the tavern (who was there to kind of slowly become a rival to party's dwarf) happens to become very attracted to the party's bard character (reaction roll)
>Said dwarf suggests to bard (female pc and player)
>Bard refuses, though before she had tempted men with sleeping with her for money
>Ship arrives
>Party boards and leaves for their destination. Dwarf and his party are also on the ship
>On the other side both parties stop at a different Inn to wait for morning
>Dwarf that was trying to shag the bard, starts throwing slimy suggestive remarks again (presumably he never stopped during the ~3 days they have been in proximity)
>Bard refuses again
At this point I figure, that after about 3 days of convincing something should happen. It would be odd if a char tried to do something for so long and no reaction without even a test. So we do a test. A very unlikely one, but:
>Dwarf (with stated minuses for sex-appeal in different raccess) succeeds by 3 levels of success (almost crit success)
>Bard (with highest relevant skill in party) crit fails to resist charm
>Bard tries to get out of it by pretending to be male
>Heavy fail, again
>Decide, that dice gods have spoken
>Dwarf shags bard - loudly, but non-descriptively, in a inn room away from everybody else
>By roll bard is now also pregnant (party doesn't know this yet)

This was completely unplanned and just happened as things seemed to progress naturally, but a friend gm, threw references to "Magical realm" and that anything to do with sex should not be a part of rp'ing and never happen in a session.
Half of players (including the bard) says it's ok, appropriate for setting, other half thinks it went too far.
What do you think /tg?
Was this too much?
Should anything sexual be outright banned from campaigns?

Stage 129: It Begins.

You are running.

You really didn't think you would ever be running towards a direct confrontation with a sorceress who has the ear of Oba-chan, can direct the Twin Warlords, and has an intensive spy network of her own, but there you have it. After a fight that would have had everyone except maybe Kiku-chan screaming in terror and yelling at you to stop trying to kill one another, you and Akari held one another tightly. You dried her nonexistent tears, and she composed herself then went back to the bedroom. She's asleep now, though it took her a little while.

You didn't promise to run if things got troublesome though.

You have a few vital decisions though. Most of the important ones concern food and fighting.

After lurking on /tg/ forever and living vicariously through the greentext stories I finally got into a group. In real life I am a loud asshole who often tries to be in the center of conversations. I saw how much everyone complains about those people on this board so I tried to not hog the spotlight.

Because of this my character and another player's character really flourished and accomplished some fun stuff. However the two other members of the group stayed off to the side. Even when I deliberately took myself out of the action or hinted that they would probably be better in such a situation. At most they would roll a dice or two and say "i do that".

My tl:dr is how do you get players like this out of their shell? I don't want to hog the limelight but I also don't want us to sit at the table in silence waiting for someone who doesn't do anything.

We always assume the bad guys collect some treasure and hole up in pre-existing dungeons...

What if dungeons just... form around powerful evil / chaotic entities, and treasure just... finds it way there? Almost as if on its own?
