First for bumping the thread.

And, also, advice. I'm working on making a Jojo game with friends. My current plot idea is kind of weak, so I want some criticism.

Essentially, a group of evil Stand users team up to form a secret organization, sort of like a Stand-user ISIS. Their intent is to eliminate as many Stand users that are not affiliated with them as possible, to rid the world of any Stand users but themselves. Once they are a dominant force of stand users, they would plan to take over the planet as a militia.

My only idea is this, or the main characters are a group of Stand users that are using heists and theivery to combat a corrupt and overcontrolling police force in their town that is also filled with Stand users. I could talk about Stands my group has created, but that can wait.

It always comes up during character creation anytime someone plays a female character, and sometimes when a female NPC shows up. This is my fault, because back in highschool I thought that all characters needed a soul-crushing back story and start the game as a super sad loner.
To be fair, I only actually used rape one time, but it was just memorable enough among the countless stories of murdered parents, physical torture and other edgy shit my teenage mind thought of that "and then she got raped" will be said at least 1 time per campaign.

For example, what if someone has been talking to the thing in the tank? Could be a hunter who passes by regularly. Could be a kid or kids playing in the woods. And it has used that opportunity to convince them of some version of truth, either pretending to be a victim or offering insights, power, and magic. Now they're watching the agents arrive from cover...

It isn't needed, but it could introduce a forced endgame, raise the stakes, and pull in more innocents for the agents to take care of.

The agents could each get a few files from past missions with their sheet, things they didn't want just lying around some green box. In them the deceased agent could be mentioned, providing a more personal trail to the house. And it would give the players more personal details to invigorate the characters a little.

Historical speculation is well and good, but I can't quite picture a narrative that would hold anyone's attention. Like, at all.

If you haven't noticed, in most settings, magic fails to filter down to the ranks of commoners, which is why farms are very much still a common location in spite of the prevelance of enchanted weapons. If anything, to keep competitive with magical sources, selective breeding would be accelerated in order to keep the edge against wizard food, which explains why you find modernish crops seemingly anachronistically inserted into many settings; they showed up hundreds of years early because if they didn't, farmers would be replaced by clerical foods and their industry would shift from training more farmers to training clerics.

Gods of harvest would also be really, really miffed to see such a thing happen, as well.
