Has anyone on /tg/ actually used the tarrasque in one of their campaigns, or played in a campaign that did? How did that work out?

Most GMs are too busy wanking over their evil cults and cult leaders that are oh so unique and different from all the other evil cults.

I don't think I've ever played in a game where the primary antagonists weren't cultists.

My party are currently in a dungeon that's erected on the back of a slumbering tarrasque which has been locked away within the crags of a massive seaside cliff.

There are numerous pitfalls around the complex that look like your conventional pitfalls to death but players who are crafty enough to investigate (whether they use Light on a rock and throw it, or rappel down), they can see the floors below aren't full of spikes or shit but the flesh of the beast.

I saw an idea for a story floating around where a town sprouted up around a captured tarrasque, building a whole economy around chopping off its pieces and draining its fluids.

Im planning on using this as a recurring setting once the group gets a bit higher leveled, and possibly eventually having it either escape or give birth while bound

Alternatively you could take Demiurgy from GURPS Powers: The Weird which is basically just Illusion plus Cosmic (Can hurt or harm), Cosmic (Lingering Effect).

There's lots of ways to stat demigods in GURPS.

In my current Pathfinder game, my group is basically playing a bunch of good aligned idols - all of us have Performance Song/Dance and good Charisma scores. We travel around to different countries helping people out and assisting rebellions of in the more evil and tyrannical nations.

One of the idols in the player group is secretly a cop and gains +1 to physical stats and -1 charisma. She has to get info about illicit idol activity, keep her group from being killed, and avoid being outed as law enforcement

removal should be prioritized over big fancy creatures in many instances. do not just take the rare, look at he pack, it is not uncommon to get an UC better than your rare for draft purposes.

First, I don't really care about pictures and stuff, that's kind of irrelevant.

Second, I can help you out.

Build your deck based on the cards you're given, rather than going for a particular set up. Know the format you're drafting, the power cards, and the counters to the power cards. Skip battletricks unless they're particularly powerful, and, unless something is amazing based on the previous criteria, the hierarchy is:

>1) Creatures
>2) Removal
>3) Card Draw/Ramp
>4) Everything else

Now, in general, flying is awesome in draft. There are lots of cards that have flying that tend to last, and it might just destroy a person's entire strategy.

That being said, you can have bad luck. Everyone can and it sucks. Just try your best and have fun.

By "Emperor" I meant "God-Emperor of Mankind", which is a bit more of a hassle to write.

Well, she does a much better job than 40k's original emprah.

She doesn't need an army to protect her people. She can designate an enemy and attack them in all timelines at all points in time, altering the laws of physics for the multiverse to accomplish her goal.

The DaoT never ended, because any Man of Iron than would go rampant and attack humanity dissolves into white light, claimed by the law of cycles, at the very moment that they choose to betray their masters.

Demons cannot enter the material world under any circumstances, because the moment they pop out of the warp they take a bolt of pink light to the face and die that was fired by the empress 12,000 years in the ancient future past. Unless Madoka can shoot into the immaterium as well, in which case the Chaos gods don't exist mere moments after Madoka decides she doesn't like them.

Positive emotions rule the warp, and outside threats that would sow disharmony and death are dealt with. Because Madoka has the ability top wage multiversal extermination, and unlike anything the 40k setting has ever seen she is actually willing to do so. Chaos claims to have that gun, but they never pull the trigger. Madoka would blow them away while Khorne and Tzeentch were still arguing about whether or not they should call a truce.

Ooooh boy. You do know that it might imply on something big in the background(other than huge lack of ability to imagine future tech by the DM). For example the world might have a vault of sorts that automatically pops open when the surface becomes uninhabited and uses robots to rebuild everything from scratch including biosphere and cities up to a certain point in time and then creates humans via clone vats of sorts and implants them fake memories to keep history seem intact. It might be a main plot point but who am i kidding.

Could a Grey Knight turn renegade?
They can't turn to chaos, and have free will. They are true warriors of big E, and the Imperium isn't the same empire the Emperor imagined ten thousand years ago. If a Grey Knight realized that this isn't what the emperor wanted, could they go renegade while still serving under the Emperor? It may be classified as corruption, but they are still serving the Emperor.
