Professionals dotting the land and training apprentices sent to them in various trades and tricks. Hunters deep in the forest, Mages up in the mountains, Retired Knights out in the plains, etc. These apprentices return to their towns with their new skills after several years, but some stay and take over the master's position.

Probably wouldn't work. Bernkans tel is *literally* Incapable of caring about anyone in anyway whatsoever. Even the one who is closest to her, she wouldn't give less of a fuck about if she somehow met her end. The only thing that even brings her anything approaching "joy" anymore, is the suffering and pain of others.

I punch her in the face of course.

I decided to get the Beastclaw Raiders battletome today to read the lore, because I'm thinking about making an army of them in the next few months. The art is actually pretty gorgeous.

Revolvers are back in (just pull again to move to the next round).
Combination pump/semi rifles and shotguns finally have a meaningful reason to exist (pump the foregrip to clear the dud round)

I'm planning a group that will play for approximately 3 hours once every other week. For that reason, use of time and pace of play is a priority.

I have a prospective player interested in playing a Circle of the Shepherd Druid. Would I be right to fear that the class's emphasis on talking to beasts and summoning creatures would take up too much time and spotlight, and denying the request?

The player is reasonable and is open to other options so it's not like I'd be throwing them out.
