What do you do when this happens? Do you admit defeat and rewrite the entire plot on the spot (with the risk of making part of the gaming session meaningless) or do you stubbornly hold your ground in the face of logic?

What would be some interesting hunting methods to use against these things? I don't want to say silver weapons, but I don't think I can get around beheading unless I just say that restoring the head is what makes a Berserker. I'm thinking desanguination as the poor man's permanent solution. Tying their "corpse" to the bottom of a river might be interesting since the flowing water was wash out all of their blood if they're butchered enough.

What do you think fa/tg/uys? This may or may not be because I just got Bloodborne

Song of Swords is a a tabletop RPG centered around realistic medieval fightan' with a ludicrous variety of weapons and fighting styles, centered around a dice pool system. It's currently in beta, and can be used for both fantasy and historical games.

Call of the Void: Ballad of the Laser Whales is a pulpy sci-fi tabletop RPG about fighting space-nazis and hunting giant whales with harpoons made out of the moon. Its combat system is more modern, based in the early 20th century, but can probably handle combat up to the present day.

I'm running a game of anima beyond fantasy and one of my players asked for a gun that he can transform, imagine bolverk from blazblue.

I like to give my players an opportunity to do a solo session for the chance to upgrade their abilities, and I'm coming up on his solo session but i have no sea what to give his magic guns.

He's got a rifle, shotgun and a smg right now, I'm not sure what to give him since I've never run a game with guns before, not even gurps. so I'm not very tacticool.

What are some various upgrades i might give a gunman in a fantasy setting, other than extended clip, improved sight, and other lame ass weapon attachments.

How come the other races in 40k don't have their own equivalent to space marines?

You would've thought the Elder or Tau would've tried creating their own elite batch of enhanced super soldiers, they have both the technology and fanaticism necessary.

Did they just not have anything similar, or are they armies of blue and pointy ear übermenschen and it just hasn't come up?
