Next we have Skralla the Black by Reaper. I am a fan of this one. It may end up in my collection one day.

Skralla has a nice pose, threatening with weapons, but not mid attack. She's specifically a pirate but, pistol aside, she'd fit well in any fantasy game. And if black powder isn't your thing, her pose and grip would easily allow you to swap that weapon with a little work.

I couldn't find any pictures of her painted up, so if you have one or know of one, please post it. Same if you have a higher res image.

Here we have the Just Married Goblins by Willy Miniatures. This a very well done sculpt for a slightly silly subject. I like it, though I don't think I'd ever have a use for it outside a diorama.

Willy Miniatures makes Blood Bowl figures. I found these two under the Staff section of the Goblin category.

Drama and "Muh feelings" aside, Supernatural's take on them is actually pretty good

I've gotten so fucking tired of edgelord Angels who are just as bad/worse than demons.

They're so played out at this point. I feel like we see more of them than Angels played straight at this point.

I think it's a shame too, because there's a lot of interesting questions that open up when you do have Good Angels.

The problem they face is pretty obvious, if pure Good beings like that exist why are there still problems and Evil in the world? But finding interesting answers to that without compromising their nature is more interesting to me these days than the various flavours of subversion.

Not familiar with Upotte! But if you want it to function as the players take over their hosts when uses in combat you can have them just time skip every time the hosts sheathe the weapons. Or you can make them bargain with the wielder to try to gain more and more freedoms in exchange for their services. Maybe have them awaken in combat situations with little understanding of the context and have to piece together what's going on each time.

Now that's a novel idea.

Upotte's whole deal is that the weapons have a human form that vaguely corresponds to their weapon form (Things that affect the weapon affect their human form, such as bad ammunition translating to eating something bad). They can "wield" themselves, but it has limitations, like the anime showing that guns cannot kill on their own. So ideally a game might have a bit of solo weapon-ing and maybe finding a wielder being an early plot hook.

The exact opposite of Dragons.

They are helpful creatures that enjoy the company of others and give treasure they collect out for quests.

This leads to conflict with Dragons who wish to hoard the treasure but Ichneumon's are immune to Dragonbreath attacks and deliver bites that can puncture dragonscale with ease.

They're also magic casters, but don't shapeshift.
