Depends. If a chapter is temporarily withdrawn from the field and has a wide recruitment pool they'd be able to recover much faster. If they are still in the field, the reduced strength means they'll be taking more casualties than normally, thus recovering much slower.

A race should not be created or wedged into a system or setting for literally no reason other than wanting one more race.

Ideally, you need an aspect that the new race is to embody, such as the Intelligent and Ordered Humans or the Strong and Natural Beastmen.

This aspect could literally be anything.
It could be magic, speed, guile, durability, or any other aspect, really.

If you're asking what is the third part of the dichotomy you've established, there is none.

I agree with this poster, it's more about what may be missing from your world. It's like the meme where the professor continually asks his class how "full" the jar is as he proceeds to put smaller objects into it.

If your jar is already filled by your two races - two large objects filling but not overflowing the jar - then adding another race is obtuse.

If you'd like a separate race entirely you could design an animal race that isn't anthro to the degree of beast men. Or a standard seclusive long-lived race like treants or elves that don't relate to humans or beast men could work.

But if you want to play a conflict between the races you could have the third race be a populace of half-breeds stuck in the middle. Half-breeds are usually estranged by both civilizations so you could work in injustice themes or rebellion/unity.

A caveat before people start going mad: most of the book is not done. It arrived late, the Scanning machine went Maleficara due to some idiot using it wrong during the break and spending an hour scanning the same page 17 times to try and get the quality absolutely perfect didn’t help either. But tomorrow is when everything comes together and I’ll be taking live requests. Until then, enjoy what has already been done in no particular order. In 3.P, players could obtain sidekicks ("Cohorts") through the Leadership feat once they hit 6th level. They used a complicated table with a "Leadership score" based off of the PC's level, CHA and other situational modifiers to determine followers and max Cohort level, which also capped at player level -2. Due to how this all worked, basically no one took Leadership that didn't have at least a passingly good Charisma score, and they always ended up with Cohorts of their level -2.

Note though that Leadership is also considered one of the most potentially overpowered feats, depending on how it's utilized and interpreted. Being able to spend a single feat (or if I'm understanding you correctly, none at all) to essentially get a free animal companion which is 100% customizable is insanely powerful. One time I got Leadership, I built the most min/maxed item crafter I could imagine who singlehandedly supplied the entire party- She had literally no combat abilities, but she didn't need any. I just told her to craft things all day, every day. Another time I got Leadership, it was on a squishy tactical leader, and I specced my cohort as a super bodyguard. You get the idea. It's extremely flexible and can nearly double a player's options at any given point. I'd be very careful about giving out a sidekick like that, unless all players got one, or other limitations were imposed.

Simple limitations would be:
"They only work X days a week"
"They refuse to risk their lives for you"
"They can only have levels of an NPC class"
"You can pick the general concept, but I as the GM get to build it"
etc. etc.

What are some good skills to take for Genius of The Art from the Greek Myth Jump? I'm already taking Dancing, Song Writing, and Architecture. No Weapons or Armor suggestions, and magic sounds cheap.

UTENA, (I'd make it myself, but it's got overtly conceptual bullshit and I'm sure that jumpers don't want to be stuck in high school for ten years over and over because thats an explicit part of the setting is that everyone is heavily implied to have been stuck at the school for a long time, unless they want to end the jump prematurely. I COULD make it a gauntlet but eh.)

I need some help picking talents for Rory. I don't care about the offense aspects of the Alteration sphere, because I already get decent enough offense from being a Brutal Slayer Stalker.
