I'm at the cusp of starting. I got myself a Fokos with a medieval axe head already, but Neil Burridge is currently not interested or economically and/or psychologically unable to cast and finish Hallstatt C Mindelheims. So I guess I'll get another Fokos and an Arma Epona La Tene sword with a scabbard first.
Then it's either an Albino's Auxilia Spatha or one of this Spaniard's Spathas.

So what do you guys think about the current state of the meta? MUD got power creeped into eldrazi. But people seem to have stopped playing since they realized it had a lot of the same issues MUD did. Miracles is THE control deck. Delver and D&T are STILL the midrange decks. Aggro decks like zoo and affinity have faded into obsolescence. The only real variety that seems to be in the 'top teir' decks is in the combo variants. With storm having 2 diffrant variants and R/B reanimator is on a war path. Its interesting to see how far things have come.

I think the meta is still fairly healthy, at least in comparison to modern on standard. There's what, 6 or 7 viable tier 1 decks and about a dozen tier 2 decks you can pick from?
Standard is a 2 deck format, and modern has a few more but most decks have 90-10 matchups (or 10-90 if they're a dog) against most every other deck - the match is largely decided just by that unless you're in a mirror.
Contrast with legacy. Sure storm is not favored to beat miracles, but is very possible, and beyond just "miracles player never found a CB"
In any case, enough ranting. What should I prioritize with my tax refund? Duals, LEDs, or something else?

why are they not more popular?
in what environments centaurs wouldn't be able to dwell as well as humans, and would have a disadvantage in?
what kind of weapons centaurs would use the most? what kind of weapons wouldn't work as well as they do in human hands? (in centaur vs centaur encounters, centaur vs humanoid)
what kind of formations centaur troops would assume?
what kind of armour centaurs would develop through the ages? which body parts would be the least protected?
how would centaur buildings and their interiors look like, how would they evolve through different time periods (from prehistory up to modern times)?
what about ships?
how would centaurs even construct shit in the first place, considering their unconventional body types?
how would centaurs treat injuries such as lost limbs?
are centaurs bound to never get out of medieval tech level?

How are successor chapters formed?
Do Blood Angels just hand off a chalice of Blood and a ship full of Geneseed to some rando and tell him to go have fun?

Geneseed is tithed to the Adeptus Terra, who check it against the pure samples they already have to ensure it remains perfect. This geneseed is kept in stasis until it is needed, most often to replenish the stocks of chapters who suffer a disaster. Some can be held aside to create new chapters. This is usually done en masse as a Founding of new chapters to face a specific threat or to solve a specific problem. The Adeptus Terra decides whether a new chapter can be created and, if necessary, whether it needs to be destroyed (See Astral Claws and Soul Drinkers). Space Marines themselves generally shouldn't be involved in the process beyond providing officers for the new chapter.
