I'm looking for suggestions for a system for a cyberpunk game. I'm a fan of systems not crazy heavy on rules.
Maid RPG
>>52422098
Blades in the Dark with the "Runners in the Shadows" hack for it
>>52422098
Hunter-Seeker, it's a reboot of Cyberpunk 2020 and pretty medium-light ruleswise.
Why does /tg/ hate them?
>>52421911
I certainly don't hate them. In fact, I prefer them, my brother.
>>52421911
Because GW can't model the cloth parts for shit.
>>52421911
I'm not a big fan of the cloth aspect of their look, but their helmets, tech and chapter structure is bad ass
That said

Could you use warpicks to climb a steep rock wall
Ok, so I saw several threads, regarding Christianity and fantasy world. some of them were just about setting of Fantasy according to Christian scriptures and teachings, others were regarding Demons and Angels. Long story short, it is a diverse and fairly large topic and I think, that it would be nice, if we would have a general thread regarding Christianity and fantasy world setting, Where we could accumulate our knowledge and share our Ideas with each other. This thread is not only about Strictly mainstream (Orthodox, Catholic) Christian teachings, but also stuff that were formed in Christianity (though sometimes noncanonical and even heretical), like grimores (ex:key of solomon, etc).
For beginners literature:
>Bible (duh)
>Book of Enoch
>Testament of Solomon
>Book of jubilees
>Clavicula Salomonis (Key of Solomon, largely known as Ars Goethia)
>Clavicula Salomonis Regis (Lesser Key of Solomon, or Lemageton)
Please, post some more literature that would enlarge the library of this thread.

Dude, just go play World of Darkness

If you're looking for actual Christian thought, your reading list is sorely lacking in theology.
If you just want 'cool monsters from "Christian" cultures', then look at any medieval literature.
>>52430336
Not him but what would you add, I know little of Christianity.

It depends entirely on the Servant in question, but it's usually something that takes one of their notable feats or weapons and transforms it into an item of power or an innate ability with conceptual, mildly video-gamey effects. In that regard, fleshing out a small backstory for a custom servant is usually a good idea before considering Noble Phantasms.
As an example, my Servant often used his mace to break shit. Not just skulls or the ankles of giants, but trees, cave openings, boulders and so on. After he later gave it ornamentation from a monster he slayed it really seemed appropriate. So what does it do? It breaks shit, but in a Nasu way. After committing to a full swing and striking a target, glowing spread out from the point of impact.
After a moment, they explode, dealing significant surface and penetrating damage to whatever got hit. The harder the thing they hit, the more cracks would appear and the better they'd explode after hitting stuff, introducing a scaling element. It's a hardcore armor/shield/fortification breaker. Doesn't scale infinitely since things can potentially tank it, but damn is dodging it the better option the majority of the time.
Take something your hero notably has going on for them and roll with it.
The Hogwarts shitposting last thread got me thinking, what are the best schools in the chain? What are the worst?
In Harry Potter is it worth getting Wandless Casting for full price as a Half-Blood?

What do people think of SKT and CoS?
>>52429185
CoS is a superior campaign. It has this sandbox feel, but it's also really focused. SKT is a whole load of nothing.

In the interest of an American setting, what's some local stories, urban legends, and folklore from your little corner of these United States?
Bonus points for creatures

Here, 143 creatures to start with
Minnesota here. There's the legend of Paul Bunyun, a guant lumberjack who had a big blue ox whose footsteps formed the ten thousand lakes.
In Michigan we have the Dogman. It has its own song and everything.

He likes to do good things. They feel good and natural to do.
Flaying jerks alive also feels a natural thing to do.
>>52416401
Sounds like an imperial inquisitor or something along those lines
One of hard held moral integrity, dubious methodology, unsure goals and short attention span.
Just mix:
-a toned down version of the Space Wolves' aesthetic
-the batshit insanity and bloodthirstiness of the World Eaters in combat
-the humanitarianism, love of knowledge, and psychic power of the Thousand Sons
-the beauty and perfectionism of the Emperor's Children
-Creed as their chapter master for his tactical genius
Prove me wrong.You can't.
