They slaughtered all their Librarians, so no psyker support for them. They're too blood-crazed to care about their own survival. They'll kill each other at the drop of a hat. The Nails mean even their former Apothecaries can't do without mindless slaughter. So who collects their gene-seed for new marines? Who maintains their armor and vehicles? Who refrains from murdering young boys long enough to recruit them into warbands? Where are they getting ammunition and warships from?
I mean, World Eaters are pretty metal but can anyone explain why the Imperium doesn't just send a million guardsmen to tie them up in melee the moment they make planetfall? Then just bombard the area from out of chainaxe range until they're all dead. Lather, rinse, repeat for every warband that pops up. They should be gone in a week, a month tops. They're way too crazy not to attack any bait the Imps set up.
World Eaters are long gone. They only gather on special occassions, other than that they are divided in warbands. Not everyone is Kharn and not everyone is bent on murderfucking everyone around him, so that works.
>>52475864
Yeah, but the point is that they're universally presented as way too unstable to perform such small matters as maintenance and recruiting on a scale that would be required to sustain their losses. Also completely strategically inept, to the point that a "shiny skulls over here" sign should be more than enough to lure them into a thousand-Basilisk killing ground. All the muscle and CC prowess in the universe mean jack diddly when you get blown apart by an artillery shell ten miles from the front line.
>>52475926
>Thinking that the long war veterans are as stupid as heretic human masses to actually get into artillery kill zone.
The recruitment is in the eye of terror, where they recruit on proving grounds on arena, on rare occassions they buy new ones from warp smiths. I am talking about SM's ofcourse.
How do you people keep up with all the shit in a 4 person party? I find myself getting so overwhelmed at times.
>Cleric casts bull's strength on self
>Wizard uses mage armor on self
>Wizard use's bull's strength on Paladin
>Cleric uses cat's grace on rogue
>Wizard uses blind/deaf on evil rogue
>Paladin uses smite evil on evil rogue
>Rogue uses weapon finessed attack + sneak attack rolls because evil rogue is blind.
Just calculating this stuff turns into a headache. Maybe I'm just not cut out to be a DM. Keeping up with a bunch of level 6 characters, their buffs, enchanted gear, and all of that is turning into a serious mess of frustration. I can't imagine what it's like at higher levels where more complicated shit comes into play. Maybe I just need more experience. First time as DM by the way, but it just all started getting REALLY bad at level 6. Can anyone tell me how to optimize my DM ability?

You still need materials to make these things unless you're going to bullshit that anything can be made from nothing.
Even in Star trek they didn't let people use teleporters and replicators willy nilly because it requires power to use it.
So how about we narrow down the [infinite can do anything] into something we can work with.

Great. Now "furry" has lost all meaning. Put on some fake cat ears and suddenly everyone's balls deep in an opossum.
"Furry" is a very narrowly-defined and self-referential category onto itself, defined by the incestuous aping of just a few different art styles to create a simplified but cartoony art style which is its own classification due to the very limited focus of its subject matter, which is anthropomorphic animals, usually cats, dogs, and variants thereof plus selected barnyard mammals, plus fringe groups with focuses on other animals. The subject matter usually revolves around teenage social subject matters as well as "mature" content and in the extremes weird fetishes, unlike most other forms of human/animal depiction.
They are otherwise unrelated to:
>classical depictions of anthropomorphic animals
>classic depictions of humanoids with animal features
>contemporary depictions of humans with animal features
>grotesque hybrids such as werewolves, at least when the tone of such depictions is outside the range of "furry" tone (such as a classical gothic horror tone)
>humans/animals fucking, which is just bestiality
Tangentially related to:
>segments of the MLP fandom, as they have coopted much of the same tone and subject matter as furries so much that they may be considered a subset
>amateur Western adult/mature animation, as it borrows more from Western traditions and styles than it does Japanese styles, hence the more cartoony style
>As a result of a powerful curse, you gain the ability to communicate verbally with all fish.

I make friends with various kinds of dangerous fish and terrorize coastal towns.
>>52467822
But anon, I barely talk to people, and I can relate to them about vidya and tv and tabletop games. What the fuck would I talk to a fish about, even if I could?
>>52467822
It'll very quickly become "That guy who talks with Sharks" and then into "Lord of the Sharks" and some thousand years or so down the line "God of the Sharks".

Does Shadow War stuff go in here?
Been reading the old necromunda rulebook to get an idea of how all this works. The devil is in the details, but from what I've seen the current power balance is very much preserved; orks are shit and eldar are awesome, with most imperial stuff hanging around the middle.
Makes me increasingly convinced that GW know exactly what they are doing. What are the chances that the same armies always get the best / worst rules?
My only question is: why? What do they gain by making some xenos consistently win and some consistently lose?

Dragonblooded Preview when?
>>52457917
Sometime next month. Who can tell when though, it might be early so this and the arms are back to back both as a way to show they're serious about the whole previews thing and also to keep excitement up with such a drought, or on the other hand they might step back and do around the middle of each month.
