i have a mountain of resources for running anything in a fantasy world but i have about 1 page of resources for running a sci fi space game, and most of those are just pictures.

I'm really blanking out, I'm not good at all at coming up with aliens or planets or even hooks for the party to go on, which is sad because I've wanted to run a space game for so long.

can anyone help me out here?

Is anyone else as thoroughly disappointed in Hazoret?
-Mono colour (its been done)
-Weaker than Purphoros
-Creature activation is harder to trigger, and thus harder to respond to (take as you will)
-No passive ability at all
-Activated ability is niche at best.

Pathfinder General /pfg/

Why aren't you using Spheres of Power's appendix and Permanent Undead to make non-evil skeletons and zombies, and then Summon Spirit to call a soul from the afterlife and let it inhabit the skeleton/zombie? All non-evil, all totally free, and all at CL 5!

CMC exploits have just been BTFO

Split cards now have the combined total CMC whenever they are referenced anywhere outside of the stack. While on the stack, it's the CMC of the individual spell being cast.

Previously, we played a delicate dance when asking about converted mana cost. Sometimes Destined//Lead's CMC is most like 2: Goblin Dark-Dwellers can target it. Sometimes it's more like 4: Transgress the Mind can blorp it. Sometimes it's more like 6: Dark Confidant dings you for 6 if you reveal it.

Notable consequences:
-Kari Zhev+Cascade cards can no longer cheat in the Bust side of Boom/Bust
-Brain in a Jar and Saram's Expertise will no longer work with Beck/Call
--Miracles now has Wear/Tear always 3cmc when checking with Counterbalance, it can no longer double dip and choose cmc 1 or 2.
-Living End/Restore Balance + cascade still works. (They are cmc zero)

What does Fate look like when it's /tg/ playing rather than para-ludo shared narrative jammers?

I'm trying to get a handle on the game, but examples are full of, "Anything can be a hat, your dog can be a hat!" or, "I hit the sorcerer with my ax and now he has a condition, Regrets His Distant Relationship with His Father."

If I'm just too dumb to narrativist shared experience, then what's the dumb asshole hack for the game? I just want to play 80s vampires.

What are the weirdest dice you end up having to use?

I found a set that has a D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D10, D%10, D11, D12, D13, D14, D15, D16, D18, D20, D22, D24 and a D30, but I don't even know what a quarter of those would be used for.

I know Dungeon Crawl Classic uses all of the D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D10, D%10, D12, D14, D16, D20, D24 and D30, but what system would give you a use for a D9, D11, D13, D15, D18 or D22?
