First of all, that's a pretty intricate setting/story you've got there.
Secondly, how about steampunk mining apparatuses (drills, automated mine carts, etc.). Since this is a dwarven mining city, it would make sense to have this. Perhaps coating it in gold would also help if the king is as madly in love with gold as he says he is. In addition, if this is fantasy perhaps a golden steampunk golem/automaton would be quite fitting. Even more so if gold has some arcane properties to it in your setting.
I'll see if I can think of anything else, but good job so far.

this was one of my first ideas but i wanted some more, though im not that experienced in steampunk stuff and i cant come up with clockwork machines and stuff that easy, thats why we have kept everything mixed with medieval, but my friends like it so far

ironforge is good but its too short, im planning on adding at least 4 or more levels

No, that sums it up. Some are good, some are Kinder Egg tier shit.

Older stuff is bad, mostly in KoW range. Newer stuff tends to be good. Their official color schemes rarely do justice to the models (pastille nayads).

Restic models are tough to work with. Plastic ones are easy beasy.

I think it's pretty cool, but I have yet to run it.

The friendship mechanics are pretty great, and I really love how the mechanics work specifically within the Oz setting. It's definitely made by people who understand Oz, and didn't just make a generic RPG with some whimsical names of feats attached and claim to be "an Oz RPG" (looking at you, BESM).

I've been trying to get other people to play, but I'm the only Baumfag I know.

I've been thinking of getting a box set of all 14 of Baum's books (and the first Ruth Plumly Thomson book). Theoretically, it's for my niece, but you know how it is... Anyway, is it worth it?

I used one recently, bit the players never got a whack at it.

I inserted Baldur's Gate 2 intelligent sword Lilarcor and everyone liked it for a few sessions. When the sword started to get annoying they used some sort of horadric cube to fuse it with a couple itens and switched the sword's personality to a much sober ifrit, giving the sword flaming properties and less conversation.

I've tried drawing some myself, and drawing anthros is easier than drawing humanoids(humans, elves, dwarves, etc) because with animals you have kind of a wider area to work around with before you enter what the brain would consider uncanny valley.

Also, I wouldn't mind if you draw her in something you feel more comfortable drawing than armor, drawnon.
Asides from her fullplate she has a set of civvie clothes, and a dress she doesn't wear anymore because when she was a dwarf, it was a nice fit. On her new body she easily passes for a gnoll prostitute, and that ain't something she wants to put up with again.

Not really, but I thought I enjoy painting odd stuff. Some of the old 1987 Space Orks are really cool, high detail models. I own the Epicast Falcon Grav-Tank because it is so terrible (not the look, but the sculpting and casting quality... it's like the sculptor carver it out of soft cheese).

finally finished my test model for brotherhood of darkness (obscure night lords subfaction from 4th edition CSM codex), shit phone cam but I got nothing else ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ also I've stripped this dude like 10 times by now with non-acetone nail polish remover so it's starting to fuck up the plastic, it's fine once or twice but more than that can get bad

now I'm trying to figure out what kind of base to go with, I'm thinking just GW texture paints with usual wash/drybrush but I'm open to ideas. would like to get something really special going for these guy's bases, but I can't think of anything unique but still simple enough that I don't have to use cork etc.

He is a former military cavalryman who was popular for his competency in battle and friendly demeanour, a blinding injury to his left eye forced him to retire at a young age. He became the gamekeeper on the estate of his old war friend, who was recently assassinated in connection to his political standing. Missing his military life, he leads the investigation into his friends death to deliver justice and cure his itch for action.
He has a wife and daughter currently living on the estate of her wealthy parents. He promises that once his investigation is over he will return home for a peaceful life, but secretly knows that would never truly satisfy him.
