I myself extract the ISO files using 7Zip once their done, and then just install the games as usual for cracked copies. The ISO files are basically glorified archive files. Alternately you could also mount the ISO and run it like you would a disk, but I find that more annoying personally.

Winrar might work, I don't know. Don't use it. Anyway, most cracked games will come with an installer. Just run that installer to install the game, then copy the crack which is usually in a separate folder named after whoever cracked it (e.g: CODEX, SKIDROW, etc.) into the main game folder.
