All of the ones in the manga folder are in English except for

v2 is just (I presume) a newer version of the other.

There's also an English version as well and it's called
>Hikaru Hayashi - Techniques For Drawing Female Manga Characters.pdf
It looks closer to v2 but a higher quality scan and some things are laid out differently, etc.

open whatever torrent application you use and find something like "open url", personally I use transmission and it's under the "file" tab. then copy and paste your entire greentext (minus the ">" at the beginning ) into the field and viola start downloading
