The cops almost immediately realized they were in over their head and this was a bad idea.

The shuttles were beyond fucked. I cant imagine how many of those drivers killed themselves yesterday.

Crown Center was packed to the top with people waiting for the crowds to die down... they never did.

I went. They were not prepared, I don't think the city is big enough. Almost no water, no food, no way to see the parade. Traffic became LA tier and nobodys phones worked. It was a nightmare.

Drove through downtown last night around 3. They were still cleaning shit up. Businesses were still trashed. One estimate was 800,000 people showed up.

Yeah, it was full of bandwagon fans but fuck that, I'd never miss that parade for my life. Watched off 10th & Oak with my closest friends, refer to them as the Seventy Three Cents Crew, for the time we literally bought tickets online for that much with fees for a last series of the year game against Detroit a few years back, pissing down rain miserable.

Had a blast, applauded Dayton Moore for assblasting Moneyball nerds til the end of time, even applauded Ned. Fucker's gonna get a statue in KC one day. Avoided the mess at Union Station & had some beers at Harry's CC then a slice at Minsky's.

Had to park all the way in NKC though so had to walk the HOA Bridge to and fro, that sucked but all worth it. Probably never going to get this again in my life, making the most of it.
