You're a bit thick and that hair cut doesn't work with you. It's too generic. Your eyes are characteristically haunted looking, but that's just your heritage.

You said you're working on losing the heavy so that's solid. I think the hair is your next choice. Try to get some facial hair going, a goatee might help age your face a bit too.
