While it's true that tabletop gaming--and gaming as a whole, what with things like YOU KNOW WHAT creating schisms--has a problem with elitism and the need to hate or harass anyone who's opinion is different, that's not actually true. If anything more people are playing roleplaying games now than ever before, it's just that they're not playing the same 20 roleplaying games. Hobby gaming is actually having some of it's best years ever.

ICv2 is quickly becoming my go-to resource for proving these things, but the Hobby Games industry as a whole has climbed to 880 million.

While it's true that's primarily because of card games and miniature games (both of which are expensive and long term investments), Roleplaying games still have $25 Million worth of fans. RPGs have also apparently had 67% growth in the last year.

And here's me! There's a bunch of really cool people on here so It'd be cool to get to know some of you people for a bit. Here's what I wrote down, but you don't have to go into as mutch detail if you don't want to. Have fun!

-I get along really well with all sorts of people, and I make friends easily. People would describe me as kind and caring.
-Helping others makes me feel good, and I try to do so as mutch as I can.
-I'm a good listener. I'm genuinely interested in what people have to say. Especialy when they are passionate about something.
-I work hard for what I want to achieve in my life.
-don't judge people

-I'm forgetfull. I forget to bring stuff along all the time, which is anoying to me. I also forget appointments and stuff a lot
and that's anoying to other people as well.
-I'm bad at staying in touch with people sometimes. I pretty busy, and I have quite a big circle of friends so sometimes I don't
give everyone the attention I want to or that they deserve.

-Both listening to and making music.
-Sports, mainly boxing
-Traveling, which is all I would be doing if I had the money and time
-Reading
-Art. I love visiting musea. Mainly modern but I can really enjoy some classical work as well.
-DIY projects around the house

I love all kinds of different genres, but my go to music would be psychedelic music and all sorts of variations there off. But I don't
think there's a genre that I don't like at all.

My favourites are mostly dystopian novels. I'm currently reading Ham on Rye by Bukowski

Too many to list. My facourites are doctor strangelove, star wars and the boat that rocked.

My background is in the millitary, afterwards I studied social work and took a lot of courses in nutrition. I currently work as
a nutritionist, write nutrition related articles and teach boxing.
