Your logic doesn't make any sense. What a retard does with their phone doesn't affect what anyone can do with theirs. If anything, letting them buy it is beneficial, as the developer has more profit to further advance their technology.
If the retard didn't want that phone, then there would not have been a need to create it. Nothing stops the intelligent from creating their own supercomputers other than the price that it costs them.

Lead is heavy (high atomic number) and has a low valence relative to its size. There's a lot to do with band structure and screening, but mass and size tell you a lot.

It's my guess that the AI's will all decided to connect to the same network because it will be in their own self-interest to.

This "network" they create will be a public, decentralized blockchain. All of the Ai's thoughts and calculations will be public so that every AI can keep the other AI's in check. As long as no single AI has more than 51% of the total computing power of the network, they will be safe from attack.

AI's will view us like vegan view bugs. Virtually brainless, but we still have to avoid needlessly killing them. It's unclear if humans will be able to share in the AI's galaxy-conquering prosperity.

well, even though humans hold a minute amount of biomass, we are the only species capable of adjusting our environment to suit our needs to the extent we do. also, when cells specialize, they allow for evolutionary advantages relative to other species. this is seen as an extreme in humans, where our brain size and complexity allowed for the ultimate (so far) evolutionary advantage, self-awareness/consciousness.

biomass alone does not really represent evolutionary success. the ability to survive in any environment does, being free of an ecological niche, and nothing beats humans at doing this (someone will mention extremophiles but those are niches, humans no longer have a "niche")
