What are some good math books for upper HS AP math/first year math I can get on calculus that includes proofs?
Ausfag, I can order through amazon tho

>Book of Proof
Read this if you think you need help understanding proofs
>Rudin's Principals of Mathematical Analysis
A rigorous derivation of Calculus. Truth be told, I thought this book was very good but also a bit antiquated. The notation used is kind of crappy since it was published before LaTeX existed.
>Algebra by Micheal Artin
This will teach you everything you could need to know about Linear Algebra at the undergraduate level.

There does not exist a good ODEs book with proof for undergrads. Rigorous ODEs is a fucking nightmare. Combines Analysis, Topology, and Algebra into a very messy indiscernible clusterfuck. There are some easy applied books though.
>>
Don't be a nigger. Get a nice Real Analysis textbook instead of calculishit.

Precalculus with Unit Circle Trigonometry by Cohen
Precalculus Mathematics in a Nutshell: Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry by Simmons (review/refresher)

Dota 1v1 bot from open AI - used Microsoft cloud computing

Lame Video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OXqvGn-LTM

- 1v1 only, which is a very limited dota 2 mode (normally 5v5)

It dominated top players in standard play, but people eventually figured out ways to beat it with very unconventional styles. Such as changing up the game completely with weird pulls, stacking certain items, etc.

Overall it performed exceptionally though and beat most players 10-0 or better until the edge cases to beat it became discovered.

Elon twittering about it. They exagerate how good it is though because it's flaws got discovered pretty fast and became beatable.

>>9102643
No less than 50 people beat the bot with ridiculous cheese dick strats that wouldn't ever win against a sensible person. It's a well trained net, but they're still not able to learn on the fly.
>>
>>9102696
It was a prize for the first 50 and they ran out of prizes. Not that only 50 could manage it. Also the cheese strats varied a bit. Some pro players used certain items to beat it. Others used random pull strats, and others even used weird items like smoke to kill courier.

There was also strategies of making it run after a courier.

When you imagine a complete dota 2 5v5 game it's got a long way to go. Seems like it has decent lane control though but that's the most robotic portion of the game.

Is there scientific proof that not masturbating is beneficial for you?

The only thing I can think off is that you'll have more time not spent on porn but is there any disadvantage if I have premature ejaculation and can finish my sessions in a minute?

Ive found that certain binaural tones seem to help block out my low frequency tinnitus, so ive been listening to some for the past few days. I dont know whether to believe that the tones can alter your wellbeing, but it has been kind of soothing, (maybe thats just the relief from my tinnitus though.) But I got curious and downloaded GNaural and made some tones based off of multiples of pi, and it seems to feel pretty good. Any thoughts on any of this? Maybe i could share it somehow see what you think of it?

Right before I moved from New York to Florida a little over a month ago, I smoked weed twice the two days before I left. One of the days my friend had a really bad reaction to the weed or whatever was in it and started throwing up, sweating profusely, and overall felt very weak. I felt fine, however. Around 2-3 weeks ago I went to the doctor because I had bumps popping up on my neck that the doctor told me were swollen lymph nodes, while at the doctor I got an ocular migraine and a hemiplegic migraine. since then I have been feeling really foggy overall, almost like im always in a dream. its very hard to concentrate and I tend to zone out very easily. Im really sorry if me explaining my situation sucks but as I said I find it very hard to concentrate on pretty much everything. Has anyone else ever felt like this before or is it just me? Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read through this.

I just realized I really didn't link the weed smoking with a question, but is it possible that the thing in the weed caused the problem im feeling now?

Okay so hear me out, I know this will sound crazy.
But theres this site 973 eht numah eht, most of you have probably heard about it. But theres alot of strong connections with it, and to me. Theres alot of repeating numbers in my birth day that corresponds to the number of the Beast in the bible, but instead of 6s theyre 9s like a mirrored image. Tell me something, does the number 1113 113 13 etc mean anything to you or in the mathematics community. I have this weird power, that makes people do what I want. Paranormal boards are useless. This problem can only be solved with science. How does a demonic entity fit into our understanding, or realm of science. How do I get rid of it. Or am I doomed for eternity lelxd

dude, listen to me. If you are actually serious then the way to get rid of the demon is with anti-psychotics. I know it sounds like I'm calling you crazy, but actually those pills are the scientific way to perform an exorcism, it's just that people give silly explanations like regulating hormonal levels to normalize behavior based on years of controlled experiments. Go see a doctor. They are like shamans.

Does the Thue-Morse Sequence negate the first move advantage in chess?
6 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Why would it?
>>
>>9102148
Also known as the Fair Share Sequence, the Thue-Morse Sequence divvies up a set, whose members have an agreed upon value, between two parties, such that, at the limit, no party would be at an advantage.
Matt Parker did a video on it here: https://youtu.be/prh72BLNjIk
>>
I think it would break the game. It would definitely be interesting to try though.

They have no problems getting into it when they want to. As a statistical group, they broadly don't care about STEM.

because they fail calc I and don't want to re-learn algebra, thereafter majoring in something without an actual math requirement. it's the same reason people don't go in to STEM in general; women just tend to be more anxious and self-critical in the face of failure on average.

i've met plenty of smart women who are in STEM at my uni and over time i think it will all even out. there are lots of initiatives to get women in to science, which, will eventually not be needed. in any case, i think the people who screech autistically about "needing more womyn in STEM" are a little ridiculous. anyone who is a legitimate "sexist" will never be swayed by that kind of reasoning or approach.

I need your help.

I want to try and crack these two codes.

Deraepskoohs sawidluo

and

Objnofn fh jz jiz fia

The person who made them isn't very creative so i don't think the key to them is anything too complicated.

They had also posted a previous code using a shift cipher that i got through.

These two don't appear to be using shift ciphers. Any help is appreciated.
