I agree. It's not that Sway was bad or anything, it's just she never did anything to differentiate herself from the rest of the crop. She was going for the latex glamour thing when others like Bianca were already killing it in that field. If she had branched out with harder material in the way Lucy has or gone off to do her own thing like MCB has she might have stood out more, but as it was there wasn't really anything about her that you couldn't get elsewhere with better quality and quantity.

That's a problem a lot of latex models run into it seems. It is a rather niche fetish despite what we want to believe so incorporating it into something else like glamour modelling or hardcore porn is almost a necessity to bring in more than just the devotees of the latex fetish itself and Sway never really managed to pull anything like that off. That's not necessarily true. When my partner used to model sometimes people would suggest touch up work was done in post production but it was rarely used. I'm not saying it never was but you would be surprised what a combination of youth, lighting and a decent camera can achieve. Bianca alas no longer has youth on her side.
