It all began in simple amounts of money borrowing. I met him at my job "sports Store" inside a casino. Started very simply he would always pay me back right away and then it got out of hand when I opened the credit cards.

A 30k debt is workable when you're 22 though, it's gonna hold you back for sure, but just get some dead end job, stay with your parents and pay it off quietly. When you're 40 years old 30k will typically be the price for a lawnmower or something.

Some time ago in /biz/ there was this hilarious thread about a guy, same age as you, who kept bugging his parents for months about lending him a sum of money to invest in shitcoins, they had eventually caved and gave him 60k euro, which was more than half of all their life savings, and he squandered as good as all of it. I dunno what happened to him after that.

It's a very long story but I realized I was fucked after his 2nd payment of the credit cards had bounced. No his place is in California. He seems to be in some legal trouble and can't leave Nevada. Well he can, he just doesn't want his probation officer catching on (I've never seen the probation officer) I believe he's been lying about literally everything

Your call about the info, I don't think anyone's gonna have energy beyond having a look at it though. 30k is worth hiring someone to beat the shit out of him. There are certain gangs people hire here to extract debts from people who refuse to pay, typically they split it 50/50, then at least one gets a little of it back.
