There are a few problems I see. First off I believe the adjective traditionally comes after the noun itself. Second, I don't believe that "normativus" is a real Latin word, it was probably invented by some dumb monk. Thirdly what you've written is singular (i.e. a single fucking normalfag). Finally I'm not sure what the structure of noun+adjective+participle is so I'd stick futuens at the end too.
