What kind of veggie chips were They? The ones I get are drastically less, pic related. The serving size has the same amount of calories, but 1 serving is 40 chips, where as 1 serving of Lays is 12 chips. Check a different brand, friendo. The one I get also taste pretty good, I wasn't really fond of them at fordt, but after like maybe a week normal chips started to taste gross.

Something that really helps cut calories is only drink water. So no soda. To take it further no sugar at all.

they're actually store brand veggie straws, but i think the reason they have so many calories is cause they're infused with cheddar somehow

also the cheddar tastes pretty mediocre, probably should have just gotten a normal brand at first, but these were the cheapest too

If counting calories is working and you're building good habits then don't even bother with keto. Keto is just something you do temporarily to lose weight.
