It's not just the camera artifacts for me. It's the way she's looking at the camera, and the addition of a mirror in the bottom right of the frame (mirrors make anything more creepy for me).

Also I guess it's the camera doing this, but I find it strange how a quarter of the door is missing (the one that's open) and there's a yellow arch bordering it.

Looks like a ghost of a CD case tower rack is coming through the door about to beat the shit out of that mp3-downloading bitch.
