Used to be 55 kg (121 lb), now I've gone up to 63 kg (138). I am 178 cm (5'10"). Now, my BMI is over 18 so legally I'm normal, though I do get plenty of comments about being skinny, or you need to hit the gym, or eat more, etc

I've been doing bodyweight exercises lately and it has helped a bit, although no matter how much I train I will never look good since I have (pectus excavatum, scoliosis, fucked up upper back, and other shit). I envy you skinny robots with normal bodies since all you have to do is eat more (really hard at the beginning), and do some basic bodyweight exercises.

Yes. This is my routine.

3 x 12 decline pushups (started with normal ones, but they became too easy after a while). 60 sec rest per set
2 minute plank

1 x 8 squats
1 x 8 OHP
1 x 5 deadlifts
1 x 8 barbell rows

For the latter 4 I use a rolled up carpet as a barbell. Pathetic, but better than nothing.

3 x 12 dips (using a chair).

My only regret is that I don't have a pull up bar, other wise I would have added some pull ups in there. I do this 'routine' twice a day, after waking up, and before going to sleep.

Just so you know, you will obviously have way better progress with lifting weights. I don't have time (or money) for that though.

You need a progression.

Start with incline pushups. Do them in sets with 1-3 minutes rest. For example 3 sets of 8, three times a week.
Then go with knee pushups. Same sets, maybe increase frequency to five times a week.
Then go with normal pushups, everyday.
And finally, go with decline pushups.

Literal don't eat as much. This is how I'm a 6' 140 lbs skelly; no breakfast, maybe coffee at 2-3 pm, snack/eat a small meal at around 4-5 pm, snack/small meal at 7-8. Drink lots of water throughout and different sodas/teas, candy or small bag of chips sometimes. This isn't healthy but if you want to lose weight there you go
