I was also super confused but you do learn very quickly. I think it comes naturally most of the time.

Basically kiss her upper lip, then lower and do that a few times. If you're feeling bold then kind of touch your tongue lightly on her lips and if she opens then you can kiss with tongue. Try not too press hard and try to control your saliva. Don't be too gentle either.

It just takes a bit of practice. For me the hardest thing at first was knowing what to do with my hands

i'm sure you could find a pretty comprehensive youtube video on the subject. so many boys don't understand the fundamental basics of kissing.
