>Youngest of five kids

>implying it was ever Opie's responsibility to do anything. He didn't ask to be here and his parents probably didn't want him. Don't put that shit on him, he was a result of a culture that values life over quality of life.

Caregiver fatigue is a real thing. Please take up a hobby that gets you out of the house, something like camping. Pitch a thrift shop tent next to your car at a KOA, they've got some with electricity at the campsite so you can bring a little heater and sit it in front of your lawn chair, or a fan to keep the mosquitoes away while you shitpost. You've got to get out from time to time.
>His dad is still alive
>He can still live comfy at home

I've taken up walking as a hobby and find myself down at the pub most weekends. It takes the edge off.

I have a mentally disabled parent and have been living at home for over a year now to help out my mom. I'm 28, and my goal is to be out by the end of the year. Good luck anon. You need to take care of yourself first. Don't let them guilt trip you into doing something they probably wouldn't have done for their own parents.
I wanna hear that conversation
