True, I've found that doing more increased my energy after a few days because I guess my body had gotten used to being a lazy shit. Helps having an active job.

I am constantly fatigued and just recently I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. It sucks ass and they refuse to prescribe me any hormone medication until my thyroid decides to finally start pummeling itself to death. Shit makes me feel so lazy and worthless
