i've been feeling depressed all weekend. I did nothing on saturday. Today i did fathers day and went to the gym. Normally intense exercise helps me forgot about my troubles but this lasted for about 30 minutes after my workout was done. Parents asked me if i was ok multiple times during fathers day, i just said yer trying not the ruin the mood.

I decided to check out other communities regarding depression. I fucking swear 1/2 of the posters on places like reddits r/depression are people with supportive husbands or wives. How the fuck can you be sad if you're in a healthy relationship.
