Im portuguese aswell and to be honest i dont understand what that is about desu. All i know is that shit is going down slowly here, i notice more and more stuff on the internet being censored, from music to youtube videos and sites. there are plenty of free VPNs that solve the problem even though its makes your net speed slower than ever.
