How do I stop talking about stuff and do it? I really want to find my niche I have stuff I always wanna do and never do right now I'm thinking about getting into eBay selling and selling all the useless shit around my house
Try writing down/typing everything you need to do in order to sell something online. Like the materials you'll need to acquire, how to ship things internationally, etc. Then just start with the smallest things first and work your way up. If you're a lazy NEET like me you'll probably want to block access to any long term distractions, such as 4chan, if you're really having a hard time completing your objective. I'm actually looking to sell stuff online too. Been meaning to for the past 7 months or so, but I don't follow my own advice.

lol I really hope I can do it I live in a small podunk town but luckily there's a post office near me so it should be easy.
I have tons of old books from college old video game and electronic stuff beat up instruments and I've heard of people selling some crazy shit on eBay
You just need to force yourself to do it. Once you've started something it becomes more effort to stop it than to continue it, so even lazily you can continue.
Planification and execution.
You won't just sit there every day and do the things if you haven't done a list or scheduled it to be done at that hour. You might force yourself today and sometimes else but to do something every day effortlessly you must plan and execute at the same hour of the day.
It's kind of like waking up at the same hour every day: What's hard is changing the habit, keeping it is pretty much effortless.
You literally just do it. I know it sounds like a meme, but it's that simple.
You'll tell yourself all sorts of stupid things to further procrastinate like "I'm not ready right now, I'll do it later" or "I'll do this to prepare for it and get organized..." those are just distractions behind 7 proxies. Stop planning and waiting for the right time, because the right time is always now, this very second. The only thing that stops you is yourself.
Buuut if you wanna sell on ebay then yeah, you should learn how to properly do it and plan ahead.
start really really small.
dont start big. then you can tell yourself it's just a hobby if it doesnt work ehh whatever.
Also if you start small and it doesnt work at all you didnt lose a ton of money
Literally just do it. Once you start it snowballs...I kept saying I'll sell my boardgames and take up viola...once I sold one of my smaller ones, I put up the rest and before I knew it I had 8x the money I needed for my Viola

I want to start listing them and I know once people buy them I'll start doing it but I don't know how to get boxes and shit to ship it in and I don't wanna get to the post office and find it'll cost twice as much to ship as I thought it would or something.

For boxes, depending on the size, I've seen them for sale at walmart. I've also heard that the USPS gives free boxes. For shipping, dunno about the states, but canada post has a shipping calculator online. Why not go in and ask someone at a post office? They're there to help.

Fuck that kinda blows I have to buy boxes just to sell shit
