Yeah, I've been in a similar situation to you. I'm not going to go into too much detail over this site, however. All i'll say is it sounds like you may have OCD. The only way to fix it is to accept that there is a possibility that you make genuinely like BBC porn but you'll never know for sure either way, and then just ignore the thoughts when they come back. That's all you can do, really. Or you can just get wasted each night. That would also work.
