Depends on what you want. If you don't want T-blocking then you don't want spironolactone as this anon >>39392583 suggested. If you're just after breast growth you don't need it.

Estrogen + Progesterone, plus a growth hormone stimulator ideally (sermorelin for example), and an anti-androgen such as spirolactone if you want that.

"spiro" = spironolactone, a testosterone blocker, aka antiandrogen. It stops the balancing.

Without it, taking estrogen causes a rise in both estrogen and testosterone, boosting growth and starting various bodily processes like breast growth. You need to take more estrogen, though, as testosterone and estrogen somewhat self-annihilate.

It's healthier without the anti-androgens, as you do need testosterone to maintain various health aspects (especially in the testes, they start to shrink without it)

Spiro is an anti androgen to block test you have to take 1 100mg pill in the morning then 1 at night. Along with that take 2mg of estrogen in pill form in the morning.
