no not yet. i have weird bicep and back insertions too so when i get lean my legs and abs will be the best part. i have decent delts and traps though which are more important than biceps.

It is pretty fucked up due to the shitty genes, but i am no fatty at least. I used to be. Had a pair of gyno tits, love handles and a fat ass. It took me a while, but now i have none of these problems. And thank God. To be ashamed to look in the mirror - is an extremely painful thing to live through.
