Does anyone else get really panic attacks when riding in the backseat of a car? Only in the backseat. I started having them this month and they're really taxing.
Also I don't drive.

I'm the exact opposite. I only get panic attacks when people try to teach me how to drive.
>panic attacks
can you people stop with this meme?

Oh, well, I didn't get panic attacks for that but I can't fucking drive. I just get paralyzed and don't even try.
I don't know what's my dysfunction.

Fuck off.
After you've had your first panic attack, your brain becomes super sensitive to anything that can remotely bring you danger.
I had my first around this time last year. In the days/weeks after, I noticed just going outside caused me anxiety. I had trouble even crossing the road, going into the subway, going in elevators. It all eventually went away, but it made me remember just how much shit is going on in our subconscious that usually doesn't make it to the surface/forefront of our minds.

It's weird because my previous attacks have all been triggered indoors, by my own thoughts. This is the first time I've had a physical thing push me over the edge.
