It's one of those shows that exist for suspense and that's all. What should take two days takes six episodes, and all the character development is on par with reality-TV drama. Very, very surface level.
The violence is whatever, but it's totally bogus when you realize you've just watched four episodes of exposition for a single death that's supposed to satisfy you for another nine episodes. Boring, 'yo.
