I'm learning you need to dial back on your expectations, no one thinks like me, and no one knows one has the same information I have. I was already starting to learn this myself, but after getting diagnosed with autism, everything clicked and understood enough to be able to realize what I was naturally learning myself.
Tried weed, but it ultimately just made it worse while being unknown to me. I don't know man, it really depends on a lot of factors, like how you overthink and why you do it. Try just exploring yourself and find out.
