Even 6 day work weeks are miserable for me. Luckily I have 2 days off now daily, in a row

I do it by remembering that if I have an extended period of time off I will just overthink everything without the distraction of work and become even more unhappy. Also the depression really helps me stay employed, no joke. The more I work the easier it is to delude myself into believing I am doing it for a reason, to allow myself to enjoy something later, or at least a release. When I have more than a day or two off which I dont spend sleeping It becomes much easier to remember that I dont fucking enjoy anything anymore. If you want some serious tips though; only know when next to come into work and when to go to sleep, knowing your whole schedule will likely make things worse. NEVER check the time at work unless absolutely neccesary. Just accept wherever you are as your new home and make the best of it until its time to go.
