I'm thinking about getting a job. Is it worth it?

depends on if you get a real job where you do something interesting and feel like you accomplish things at work that you wouldn't get to do staying at home, like being a pilot and flying around.
not worth it if you end up doing menial tasks in retail

well I haven't applied yet but from the application it appears to be as a general employee at a sailing club, part of it seems to be a clerk type thing but it also includes using a rescue skiff, I wanna apply because I want to learn more about sailing
