Probably a long shot, but has anyone here actually turned life around?
It feels like the longer the amount of time spent detached and friendless, with no relationship experience, the wider the gulf between oneself and society grows.
How does someone in their 20s who is a KHV with no friends actually re-establish themselves in the world? Is it even possible to enter a relationship without a preexisting friend group so you don't set off weirdo flags? Or gain friends while somehow trying to cover up your years of boring inactivity and no achievement while people talk about their dozens of past relationships and globetrotting holidays?

I'm currently in the process. I've been feeling far less suicidal
Been eating properly, losing weight
Enrolled in college
Learned c++
Ended toxic friendships
If i keep going on this course... i might make it.
i have but it's a constant struggle and you'll always backslide at the first chance
