Well I'm not OP but it sort of does play into that, part of the black pill is accepting the fact that some people are not meant to find love or have sex. Its more a nihilistic perspective on the whole Blue Pill, Red pill dichotomy, instead of attempting to approach women you come to the conclusion you are incapable of relationships for what ever reason, autism, unattractive/repulsive, genetics etc. and just simply accept it

It's realizing that evolution has hardwired us to place meaning in an existence that is without purpose or uniqueness. Or that the socio-political changes that we are witnessing in our society are part of a cycle, one that is destined to repeat and in the grand scheme of things will accomplish nothing. The black pill is embracing pessimism, it's paired with existential nihilism.

I used to think I was incapable and unworthy of a relationship, that I had nothing to offer of any physical, emotional or of material value, but it happened. I realize that not every person is the same and that what happened to me won't happen to everyone, but I think the idea of just giving up because "genetics" is not healthy.

All some people really need is to step out of their comfort zone, physically and mentally. This doesn't mean you should go to places that make you extremely uncomfortable, because then you'll just shut yourself in even more. Start off in settings that make you least uncomfortable but contribute to your integration into society. Work your way up step by step.

Even if she is ugly and fat, she will still think she deserves better than you, and she will leave you the moment she finds a better alternative. You are ugly and disgusting, and you have always been that way to others. You lost the game the moment you were born.
Taking the black pill means letting go of the false hope you'll someday be happy. It means accepting you're going to die alone, and it means accepting that suicide is not a bad solution to your situation.
