Eh? Are you sure you were properly using the VPN/proxy? It should work if they banned your IP. Try to clear your cookies. Maybe the site uses them to identify the users.

I was freaking out since I did get the same message on r9k for a bit but after I turned off my ublock I was able to post again

the /vg/ blocks been up for 4 days tho and im super bummed since thats my main board

its not a ban its a block, the blocks active on /vg/ but not on r9k so im pretty sure those are board specific

Maybe go onto your modem/router and put 4chan and your specific boards on your whitelist.
