I know most robots are cruel, cynical and bitter, but are there any other sensitive souls on here?
>sitting at restaurant
>fruit fly keeps landing on wine glass
>theyre slow so can catch them easily
>too gentle to squish them
>let them be instead
I know you sensitive robots are out there.
>see fly struggling to get outside
>guide him with my hands
>mom sees fly
>kills it instantly
>>39175163
>grandmother has ladybugs in her house
>wants them gone
>i laboriously get them to crawl onto my hand to take them outside
>she gets tired of waiting
>drags them off the curtain
>often breaking their legs in the process
>i go to my room to cry
>>39175260
>grandpa owns pet shop
>is holding a small bird
>says it's sick
>throws it against the wall
>melodramatically yell ''WHY?!''
>>39175111
>allowed a spider to live in my bedroom for two months
>sister sees it crawling on the wall and smashes it with a book
>>39175111
I tried to coax a fly out of the house but ended up killing it. Bummed me out for a bit. I don't feel bad about killing other bugs though, especially fast moving ones. Fuck spiders and pedes. The former just make my skin crawl and I have like a deep instinctual fear of them that makes me want to kill them or flee nawmean
>>39175111divine trips you have
>tiny bugs wandering around my room in summer, dunno type
>put my finger down, hoping they'll crawl up so i can take them outside
>bug approaches my finger
>spends like 20 seconds sniffing or eating garbage off it
>bug wanders away
I'M SO UNDESIRABLEEEEEE
>Got really easily scared recently.
>Things I know are coming scare me.
>A notification scares me so much I breathe heavy.
>Things kept falling over in the shower.
>Got scared a lot every time.
>Started crying.
Another time:
>Bought an item twice from Amazon.
>Returned one.
>Felt really bad cause "What if their sales are doing bad" and "what if they saw me buying it twice and got really happy", started crying.
Last time.
>Got a pamphlet from Jehova's.
>They were really nice.
>Threw it away cause my said so.
>Started crying cause I felt so bad, they were so nice to me.
>Picked it back up and felt better.
>live in a world where people kill and eat animals for zero reason besides habit and taste
>>39175931

Best intelligent rebuttal I've gotten yet.
>>39175111
Long ago I used to get visibly upset if I bent a card. I thought I was putting it through so much pain. Now I am the unfeeling.
>>39176277
that's cute in text form but probably annoying, you little tearful goblinchildi don't mean it i'm sorry
>>39175111
I like you, anon. I wish more robots posted cute monkeys and kind comments
>>39176905
>rebuttal
we aren't engage in a argument. that's weak comeback mate git gud
>>39176954
Thanks, friendo. /r9k/ has become too much of a hurtbox. Too much cynicism that creates a feedback loop until all that's left is negative emotion. I used to be quite cynical too, but my life has gotten better as I've gotten less bitter.
>>39176277
You win the sensie of the year award. Never change, friend.
>>39176837
fuck off carnist you should kys now please
I couldn't give less of a shit about insects, to be honest. I kill them every time I get the chance.
>>39177126
>/r9k/ has become too much of a hurtbox.
I agree completely!!! The same topics get recycled everyday. It's group egocite and I think there's a possibility for everyone to achieve their Personal Legend.

>looking at cute snakes
>snake crawls into well
>i lift up the lid
>there's a whole snake family with mommy and babies
>i open the lid more
>i hear a crunch
>tiny baby snake stuck in hinge, its skin half ripped off
>its tiny skeleton exposed
>baby is writhing in pain
>i open the lid fast to break its neck and kill it fast
>snake guts come out
>mfw the mommy snake was watching the whole time
I will never get over what I have done
this was like 2 years ago
>>39175111
I'm sensitive and get hurt easily. I try masking all of it, including my insecurities by acting like a misogynistic cynical asshole. It hurts me but it's easier on me than letting others hurt me again
>>39178252
It's okay anon, it was an accident and you did what you could to end the suffering as quickly as possible. Snakes probably have loads of kids in case a few of them die in nature anyway, right?
>>39175111
that's a cute polish girl!
>>39175111
the only bugs I don't mind killing are mosquitoes. it's me or them
>>39177015
You don't have to be engaged in an argument to make a rebuttal.
>>39178252
a hatch of snakes showed up in my big aboveground vegetable planter. I sent them forth to rid me of the burrowing chipmunk menace
I'm sure the mommy snake forgives you, anon. But forgiveness means nothing: to acquire true absolution you mustpost feet desu
>>39176830
Thanks Anon, it's nice to be able to relate to someone.
>>39176952
No bullying in my replies!
>>39177126
Thanks! I guess I win something at least.
