Ive been underweight almost all my life now im becoming over weight. Its not a good feeling. I need to stop but i cant.

I'm 5'6.5" and 193 pounds. Need to loose like 33 pounds. I gained them due to being forced on anti psychotics, then beer and sugar. Stopped the meds and the weight is coming off. was 198 a week ago.

Not a big one but I would like to be 20 pounds lighter. I'm 160 pounds now and I would like to weigh 140, but food is the only thing that makes me feel good and I binge eat almost daily. I hate myself so goddamn much
