I have also started doing this. Just vomit in to the toilet or the sink. The toilet is better because it makes for easier clean up, just hit the side of the bolw to avoid splash back. Remember to wash your mouth out with water straight after to help your teeth. Drinking lots water or something makes it easier to throw up too.

Drink lots of water. Legit friends, lots of fucking water. Get a 2 litre water bottle and drink in huge gulps. You're actually supposed to drink that much a day but I often drink 4. It keeps me full all day until dinner.

the trick is to embrace the hunger, embrace the suck. Fill your stomach with water, hot tea or black coffee or whatever and laugh at your pathetic hunger that's making you want to eat, laugh that fucking hunger away. You'll usually find that if once you get hungry, if you can wait the initial hunger pains and impulses to eat away for a few hours and just keep yourself satiated with fluids, your hunger will weaken

i dont want to be pointing fingers but honestly i think my parents contributed a lot to me becoming overweight
as a kid i was really thin, a borderline skellington basically and my parents forced me to eat because "anon you need to become big and strong you look like a broomstick eating as little as you do is not healthy" so i gradually started eating more and more and becoming hungrier and hungrier
when i turned 11=12 and my depression set in, i started using eating as a coping mechanism, it was basically the only thing that brought me joy in my life and that is where it all went to shit

Cut out all sugary drinks, portion your meals. Don't overeat. If she's making a lot of pasta and stuff loaded in carbs, definitely eat less or cook your own food. Literally calories in, calories out otherwise.
