I follow a lot of RSD's content, its good for getting a grill to like you and also they teach stuff that helps social skills in all areas.

Go find stuff that resonates with you and do it. If you had been a robot in any other period of human history you would have been completely fucked. But now you have unparalleled access to resources to help you solve whatever problems you have. You can do it if you're willing to face a bit of discomfort and fear in expanding your comfort zone one step at a time.

How? I did all the meme things that did people said would make me a man or content person and none of it works.
