can pretty much do anything, if you were good you could make people feel certain things by altering brain chemistry, you can move heavy objects, fly and move fast, flick switches in rooms you aren't in to fuck with people

i would probably try to train it or get good at it. if it follows any logical pattern like everything else in life, it would require a lot of getting used to and practicing. i would probs start using powers doing simple things like moving objects around right in front of me but i believe there is no better method to learning by getting right into challenging situations so id try tricky shit like driving a car using just tele (and i mean messing with the mechanical systems, not just pressing pedals and stuff).
if i could make it natural, everything id do would use just telekinesis. if makes things harder than what they need to be, i would just use it on occasion.
my life would essentially be constantly learning and getting stronger using the powers.
i don't know if i'd ever flaunt it though because i could become a target or something.

Power to control time and how time affects things or people. I can steal everything I want and never die. Unless I get shot in the head and dont have fast enough reactions to rewind. Another good power to have with this is teleportation so I don't have to travel that much.

The ridiculous overpowered type that makes no sense, like Mystique, where you can shift the clothes and everything.

Mainly I'd use it to just always have a perfect sexy body. I'd also shift into small animals to enter places unseen, become a girl to get fucked by chad because who wouldn't, and shift into random people to do whatever the fuck I want. Mainly just shoplift, because I think small. That's honestly all I'd want.

Super telekinesis. The reason why I added super was because of the fact that if I simply just ask for telekinesis I might only be able to levitate things as heavy as I can pick up or I might be able to only lift a limited amount of things.
