That said though I only do daywalks, I like to go in mountain or suburban areas where no one bothers you and the sidewalks are empty

I tried nighwalking after reading one of the threads about it here and wound up getting chased down the street by a crazy homeless guy. I noticed him following me while I was walking so I sped up and he kept matching my speed until eventually he was running after me. I haven't tried nightwalking since.

Can't really do night walking in nyc, too many crazies walking around

I like the occasional night running through Central Park though. I gotta reserve energy throughout the run though just in case a crazy runs up on me, then I have to jet it; no way the fuckers catching up with me.
